Warranty Information


Apex Digital Inc. (“Apex”) warrants its products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year on parts and ninety (90) days on labor charges with the exception of portable DVD batteries, DVD/TV remote controls, or (if applicable) the LCD backlight on televisions, which are warranted for 90 days only. Standard AA/AAA batteries are not warranteed items.

During this period, Apex Digital will replace a defective part with a new or refurbished one without charge.  Proof of purchase is required to receive warranty service such as the original sales receipt showing the original date of purchase. There are no exceptions.

It is the customer's responsibility to retain the original box and packaging in case the unit is required to be shipped for repair.  Upon receipt of the warranty item, should it be determined that the item is damaged due to insufficient packaging; Apex Digital Inc. may, at its sole discretion, void the warranty. Apex incurs no liability whatsoever to provide packaging for warranty items. The customer is responsible for the transportation cost and insurance charges (if applicable). Apex Digital will pay the cost of shipping back to you.  For your protection, it is highly recommended that returns are sent insured or via carriers that provide package tracking services.  Apex Digital Inc., is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit to its warehouse or service centers.

You should call or email us for an assessment of the matter and if necessary, obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#).  No service or shipment of product will be provided or accepted without one.  The return authorization number must be clearly written and easily visible on the outside of the package you're sending in for service.  All packages not bearing an Apex issued RMA number will be refused at the time of delivery.

Return Policy

Defective Returns will be accepted for exchange or repair within 33 days of the shipment date. Email us at customerservice@apexdigitalinc.com or call (866) 427-3946 to have your product diagnosed. Once a claim has been determined, you will receive a valid return authorization number (RMA#). This number must be clearly written on your package to insure that the return, exchange or repair is processed appropriately. You are responsible for the transportation costs to our warehouse and Apex Digital will pay the cost of shipping back to you. After inspection, should any return be determined not to be defective, as reported, it will be subject to a 10% handling charge and the cost of shipping the package back to you.

Refused Shipments Packages received without a valid return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) clearly written on the outside of the package will be refused by our warehouse. Cancellation Orders We incur shipping and handling costs on all shipments to customers. In the event that an order is cancelled or refused, it will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If it is determined that a shipment was made in error on the part of Apex Digital, we will accept the return back at our expense and credit your account or ship out the proper product immediately upon the receipt of the returned item(s).

Refund Policy for a return is 14 days from shipping date on finished goods such as dvd players, televisions and E2GO products. Accessories such as rechargeable batteries, remote controls, and adapters are final sales unless an incorrect model number was ordered or the accessory is found not to be compatible for the device intended.  Any return must include the following: original packaging, box, styrofoam, plastic bags, manuals, cords, etc. Packages must be received with a valid return authorization number clearly written on a separate piece of paper, attached to the package.  It is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
